Staff Requirements:
The following requirements must be met in order to apply for staff here on Acentra.
To apply, please open a staff application ticket on our discord.
REQUIREMENTS
1. You must have experience playing on Acentra. We expect applicants to be familiar with the server, rules, environment, etc.
2. We require that applicants are over the age of 15 in order to apply to join the staff team. Some exceptions may be made but are not likely.
3. We ask that applicants are able to dedicate time weekly to volunteer as a staff member and learn the staff system.
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required in order to help moderate the chat and lead the community.
5. Applicants must be able to hold high integrity, being honest and trustworthy while working as a staff member.
6. Applicants must be able to act in a professional manner, representing themselves and Acentra well.
7. Applicants must remain patient and empathetic while dealing with incidents and reports.
8. We strongly discourage applying while being staff on another active server.
9. Must have a working Microphone.
